Shipments
We ship to USA destinations only. No APO, FPO, or PO Box
numbers, please. For estimated delivery times, please
see the item description.
Order Tracking
Tracking number will be emailed you next day after order
was shipped.
Returns:
Within 30 days of your shipping date, you may return
your purchase. All items are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. No returns after 30 days.
Items sent back without a return material
authorization (RMA) number will be refused. There are
several different return processing locations around the
country that your product will need to be returned to so
please e-mail ergoitems@yahoo.com for the proper
shipping address and to receive an RMA (return material
authorization) number that must be displayed on the
outside of your shipping package.
Items must be
complete with all original packing and instruction
manuals enclosed. Returned items must be in "like new" resaleable condition. Shipping charges are not
refundable. We do not pay for shipping charges back to
us. All return credits will be applied within 5 business
days
